All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Meal times are prearranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

Lost Property
Should any guest lose any belongings during their stay or incur damage to their property, the provision of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 will apply, a copy of which is displayed in reception. If we find any lost property, we will make every effort to locate the owner and return it. If we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed within two weeks of the guest’s departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.

Accounts must be paid before departure and cheque's will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

In the event of any cancellation (within 14 days of arrival date) or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person responsible for the booking will be liable to pay for all the total cost as per the reservation.

If the deposit has been paid (or secured) with a credit card, then any payment due, owing to cancellation will be credited to this account number.

Damage to Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless behaviour. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card and an invoice will be sent to the registered address.

Removal of Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the property without consent. Should the fact that the item is missing comes to light after the guest departs, we reserve the right to make a charge to guests credit/debit card and send an invoice to the registered address.

Inappropriate Behaviour
It is our policy to treat all our guests with utmost respect and with this in mind, we reserve the right to take action against any guest who is deemed to behaving inappropriately and ask them to depart the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the police may be called at the hotel discretion.

Smoking in the Hotel
The Nethway Hotel is a totally non-smoking hotel and we ask guests to respect that smoking is not allowable anywhere in the building, nor is tampering with our fire detection system. If you do so, we will terminate your booking without refund and require you to leave the hotel immediately. We reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur if you smoke or cause damage in our hotel including costs for specialist cleaning (to make the room fit for sale as a non smoking environment) and the cost of the room for any time period it is unusable. This charge will be made via the card used at the time of booking and an invoice will be sent to the registered address within 10 working days.

Vehicles
All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

Statutory Rights
We have tried to ensure that any rights that you as a consumer have that are implied by law into a contract of this type (statutory rights) are not excluded or limited in any way. If any of these terms conflict with a statutory right or the law changes and your statutory rights change, then the statutory rights will prevail over these terms.
